To optimize maximum production and set-up time, the addition of a FPM (feet per minute) Meter will assist the operator in his "formula" for saw set-up. Stock density, saw band width & configuration, feed rate (FPM) etc, are all beneficial parameters. The FPM Meter will give the operator concise and repetitive feed rate indication. Order assembly number: 107041006. The FPM meter is a Digital LCD readout with yellow/green backlighting. The display has an onboard power supply for backlighting the unit and provides power for the sensor. The input sensor is bracketed onto the feed roll housing, which monitors roll revolution. The attached cable connects directly to the back of the meter. The meter stand is mounted so that the digital display can be read from most infeed locations. |

The Feed Roll Location Indicator Upgrade once installed and adjusted, allows you to visually check the position of your feed rolls relative to the 1st band blade.
