This Top Head Air Operated Chipbreaker assembly replaces the existing spring-loaded chipbreaker assembly. The assembly includes heavier duty parts which reduces production interruptions, maintenance down time and parts wear. Air cylinders permit instant pressure adjustment to suit material in process. The old individual spring-loaded system had to be adjusted seperately which was very time consuming. This upgrade is available for 612A, 612A1, 612MA, 612MA1, 612C, 612C1, 614D, 614D1, 616A, 616A1 & "K" Model NLP Planers.
