Instead of stock removal, the Crossbelt focuses on polishing panel surfaces for a smoother, more consistent finish.

Typically, a 150-grit belt can achieve a polished finish comparable to 180-grit results with less than 0. 001” removed from the panel surface.

Control for Consistent Results

The high-speed crossbelt sander is available in widths from 4' to 10'-6" and includes adjustable platen bar controls for correcting concave or convex sanding conditions.
